In order to guarantee on-time delivery, we need to receive your order with all files and CTs at least 10 days prior to shipment. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your surgery and order your guides well in advance.

Use this form when ordering surgical implant guides. Surgical Implant Guides are used to perform safer, more predictable, and more effective implant placement.
The implant templates are fabricated from biocompatible material fit for intraoral use.
After placing an order, you will get an automatic email to upload your data (CT, Intraoral scan or any additional data). Afterwards, we will contact you to confirm the case and the plan through Whatsapp. If you don’t receive a Whatsapp message with case confirmation within 3 working days please contact us at guides@biovoxel.tech.
(*Please note that Whatsapp has also PC version, which syncs with your phone version. For better viewing of treatment plans, using PC version is advised).
The guide is made and shipped three days from your confirmation (weekends and holidays excluded). Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping company. Please note that your confirmation and payment are necessary before our shipment (the lead time may be increased in case of missing them). 💰 Evaluation Fee
Every submitted case is charged 70€ for evaluation, included in the guide price. Fee is billed only if the case is not completed (procedure not possible, or clinician/patient opts out).
📱 Case Approval & Discussion
Upon receiving your request, we will set up a WhatsApp discussion to review your request, provide additional information, and confirm your approval of the planning and pricing.
📝 What the Price Covers
Price covers data processing, evaluation, planning, modeling, and guide fabrication. Additional components (sleeves, pins, drills) are billed separately.
💾 Digital Data Only
If you only need digital data, 35€ is deducted from the service.
🛠️ Advanced Services
Advanced wax-up design (STL) and/or temporary prosthetics fabrication available via custom quote.
