Autotransplant Template

In order to guarantee on-time delivery, we need to receive your order with all files and CTs at least 10 days prior to shipment. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your surgery and order your guides well in advance.

Use this form when ordering Autotransplant Templates. Autotransplant Templates are used for safer and more predictable autotransplantation surgery.
We fabricate the Autotransplant template from biocompatible material.

After placing an order, you will get an automatic email to upload your data (CT, Intraoral scan or any additional data). Afterwards, we will contact you to confirm the case and the plan through Whatsapp. If you don’t receive a Whatsapp message with case confirmation within 3 working days please contact us at guides@biovoxel.tech.

(*Please note that Whatsapp has also PC version, which syncs with your phone version. For better viewing of treatment plans, using PC version is advised).

The guide is made and shipped three days from your confirmation (weekends and holidays excluded). Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping company. Please note that your confirmation and payment are necessary before our shipment (the lead time may be increased in case of missing them). Please note that Biovoxel technologies is not legally responsible for the result of the surgical procedure.

Estimated price for AT is 90€ for one tooth.

For AT template, sending only CT scan is sufficient. If the crown can be scanned with IO scanner, you may send also stl scan of the tooth to have as detailed crown anatomy as possible (+30€). This is usually not necessary, as it adds only small margin of detail which is usually not needed for AT surgical procedure.
