Please use this form when you require 3D printing and shipping ONLY.

To request our 3D printing and shipping service, please follow the steps below:

1. File Submission:

• Submit a .stl file for printing.
• You can upload the file directly using our form, or paste a cloud link of your choice containing the uploaded file.
• You can also use subsequent WhatsApp discussion to upload files.

2. Approval Process:

• Upon receiving your request, we will set up a WhatsApp discussion with you to approve the request, provide additional information, and approve the price.
• This WhatsApp discussion is typically set up the day after we receive your request. (There is also a desktop PC version of WhatsApp available if you prefer to communicate via PC).

3. Printing and Shipping:

• Usually, when there are no mesh issues with the data, the printed models are sent to your address within 3–5 working days from the date the data is approved.
• If you require express production and shipping, select the express service (see the Terms "Conditions for Express Printing and Shipping").

Conditions for Express Printing and Shipping*

• Business days are counted starting from the next day after receiving the print-ready data.
• Data must be print-ready. If additional modeling or processing is required, we cannot guarantee shipping within 2 business days.
• Shipping within 2 business days means handing the package over to the courier company or post office. Delivery by the courier service may take additional time (SK-CZ: Typically 1–4 business days,  EU: Typically 2–6 business days)

Your package will be securely wrapped with cushioning material to ensure its safety.
